Mercy, the were-coyote, is once more in trouble. She claims that since her birth father is Coyote of Native American tales that chaos is her norm. When she isn’t surrounded by chaos, something is wrong.
The Lord of Night,(since this was an audio book, I have no
clue how to spell his name or most others in the story.) is worried that Adam’s
(Mercy’s husband) safe zone for all that
is weird will end up as a war on vampires by humans.
His reaction to his fear is the basis of the plot. Needless to say, Mercy is once again grossly
underestimated. Adam and “friends” go to
rescue Mercy. Mercy generates a wealth
of chaos. There are witches, vampires
and werewolves, what a great book.
I enjoyed it.
